Sleep Inn Olathe - Kansas City

Very clean with a super comfy bed and nice shower. Front desk and breakfast staff are friendly and do a great job. Great coffee - which means they clean their pot carefully. We will stay again when we pass this way.

This review is based on the price I paid of ~$82/night. When searching the area for a budget hotel, most had horrible reviews, especially the other Choice brand hotels. This one met or exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions to someone new to the area. They went above and beyond. That being said, you do get what you pay for, the bathroom could have been better maintained: mold starting to grow along the shower edge, a fan half attached to the ceiling, stuff splattered on the walls, and the mirror/sink area was way too dimly lit. The room fared better and was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. The heater worked well and had a fan mode for ambient noise. Overall 4.5/5 stars is accurate for this property.

We were just coming thru town on our way to Oklahoma. I looked at previous reviews in town and decided on this hotel. I’m glad we did the bed was awesome and the pillows great . Also liked that the shower was a stand alone not your tub shower.

I traveled with a companion and we had a really great stay at this property. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, very clean, and had a luxury feel to them. The bed and pillows were soft and made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything in the room was spotless and well organized, which made the stay even more pleasant. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels premium and well cared for. This place truly stands out and deserves to be considered one of the best. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Traveling home from holiday visits and stopped here at around 12:30am without a reservation. Checking in was easy. Room and bathroom were CLEAN. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. And breakfast was very good, especially for the rate! It feels rare to have such an unreservedly positive experience at a hotel or inn these days. Grateful for a good night’s rest!

We were in town for a family emergency that we thought would have us in a hotel for a week or two, and it ended up being nearly a month. I cannot state enough - if you are trapped in a hotel for a month, you will be lucky if it is like this hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding of our constant reservation changes as conditions were in flux. We particularly adored Melissa and her GM Sam. I was traveling with a member of the LGBTQ community and they never made him feel any less than enthusiastically welcome. We had a double double. The living space will seem small compared to today's enormous double queens, but the smallness of the living space was made up for by the giant walk in shower. Super convenient location as we were up I35 to Mission and down 169 nearly daily. Every kind of shopping and restaurant amenity you need is very nearby. Everything was super clean, breakfast is amazing, and housekeeping staff were responsive to our needs, whether we needed them in, out, or bringing extra supplies. We can't thank you guys enough for making our stay enjoyable and being such friendly faces during a really difficult time.

This property deserves a full 5-star rating. I’ve stayed at many Choice Hotels and a few Sleep Inns before, but this one truly stands out. The hotel feels newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was extremely neat and comfortable, with a clean, cozy bed and pillows. Overall, the stay felt luxurious and absolutely worth the price. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this property.

Very clean and cozy. Cleanest hotel ive stayed at in the kansas city metro and one of the lowest priced. Very high value imo. Front desk is excellent. Haven't tried the complimentary breakfast but not expecting much. Hot coffee fresh in the lobby 24/7. Plethora of additional food and dining options within minutes. So far very pleased and yes the rooms are smaller but no big deal in my book.
